Right of withdrawal
If the consumer is not 100% satisfied, he has the right to return. At Ciabalù, returns are always free.
By when can a product be returned?
The return can be made within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the delivery of the product.
For orders under €49, shipping costs will not be refunded.
For all orders paid on delivery, the cost of the COD will not be refunded. The refund will be made by bank transfer. It will therefore be necessary to provide your IBAN by attaching it to the return request.
How to make the return?
The return process is super easy!
Just contact us at the e-mail address: resi@ciabalu.com, communicating the order number and the reason for the return.
Note: it is possible to change the collection address upon notice.
What type of items can be returned?
Returned items must be unused and in original packaging.
If the returned goods are worn, damaged (for example with signs of wear, abrasion, scratches, deformation, necklines, etc.), not complete with all their elements and accessories (including labels, laces and any other attached element), of the original packages and packaging and of the guarantee certificate, where present, Ciabalù reserves the right not to proceed with the refund.
Items from the same order but from different packages can all be returned together.
Which courier will the returns be entrusted to? How do you get the labels?
Returns will be entrusted to the GLS courier.
- The customer will receive a confirmation email containing the acceptance of the collection request. We will inform the courier of the address from which to make the collection, the latter will apply the label on the package.
The courier will take 24/48H from the date of acceptance of the return request to collect the goods.
- Methods and times for reimbursement
Returns will be processed within 3 working days from the date the package arrives at our office.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
In the case of cash on delivery, the refund will be made by bank transfer with the IBAN previously communicated by the consumer, or if he wishes to receive a promotional code for the refund amount to be used within 30 days.
Ciabalù will be forced to refuse returns communicated or sent back late, or returns of products that are not in the same condition in which they were received.
- Exchange Options
Exchanges are not possible. You can return the previously purchased product and make a new purchase of the new size.
