1. What are the shipping methods?
Shipments in Italy will be entrusted to the GLS courier.
2. How much is the shipping?
The costs for shipments to Italy are equal to:
- €5.90 for orders under €49.
- FREE for all orders over €49
In the case of cash on delivery payment/shipping methods, the costs are equal to:
- €8 for orders under €49.
- €5 for all orders over €49
The costs for SHIPMENTS ABROAD are equal to:
- € 15 for EU countries
- €25 for all other countries.
Prices are inclusive of indirect taxes and net of any customs duties and any other sales tax, in accordance with the provisions of the law of the country to which the products will be delivered. The user/purchaser is invited to inquire with the competent bodies of his country of residence or destination of the products, in order to obtain information on any duties or taxes applied in the country of residence or destination of the products.
The buyer's lack of knowledge of the aforementioned costs, charges, duties, taxes and/or taxes when sending an order to the seller cannot constitute grounds for termination of the contract and cannot in any way constitute a source of charging the aforementioned charges to the seller.
3. When will I receive my order?
All orders placed before 12:00 (except public holidays) will be entrusted to the courier on the same day.
Delivery times are 24/48 working hours for Italy excluding the islands (Sardinia, Sicily and smaller islands) and disadvantaged locations whose times could be extended by 48/72 hours.
4. Can I cancel my order?
Of course, it is important to communicate it by 12:00, just send us an email to info@ciabalu.com or contact us by phone.
5. Can I ask for an invoice for my order?
It is possible to request an invoice by sending an email to amministrazione@ciabalu.com with the order number, company name and SDI code to send the invoice to on the same day of the order.
6. Can I exchange the item I ordered for a different size or different model?
Exchanges are not possible. You can return the previously purchased product and make a new purchase of the new size.
