WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
Ciabalù accepts direct payments by credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and AMEX), Paypal, bank transfer (only for Italy), cash on delivery (only for Italy and for purchases up to € 500.00) and Scalapay (payments in installments ).
It is possible to use bank transfer (where provided) by choosing Paypal as the payment method and following the instructions (we remind you that it is not necessary to have a Paypal account to access).
WHICH CREDIT CARDS DO YOU ACCEPT?
Payments are all in complete security. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron, Postepay, American Express and all major credit and debit cards in circulation. At checkout you may be directed to your bank's payment processing page.
- For customers already enabled for Verified by Visa and MasterCard Secure Code:
You will be welcomed on your bank's web page and asked to confirm the amount with a personal Pin.
After the bank has verified the inserted Pin, you will get the payment confirmation of the order placed on Ciabalù.
- For customers not yet enabled for Verified by Visa and MasterCard Secure Code:
In this case, a one-time registration will be required at the branch of the bank where the card was issued.

CAN I PAY WITH PAYPAL?
