- Delivery of goods and acceptance
The shipment is carried out by "Ciabalù srl", as owner of the site www.ciabalu.com, from the moment in which the consumer receives the order confirmation e-mail usually within 1 (one) working day if the destination address is located in Italy, or if the destination address is located within foreign states belonging to the European Union, within 7 (seven) working days and in the case of a non-EU destination country, within 10 (ten) working days.
Ciabalù undertakes to do everything in its possibilities in order to respect delivery times.
In the event of non-execution of the order by the seller, due to possible unavailability, even temporary, of the purchased product, the seller will provide written notice to the buyer in the same manner and will refund any sums already paid to him for payment of the product.
- Shipping costs, duties and taxes
The costs for SHIPPING IN ITALY are FREE. The costs for SHIPPING ABROAD depend on the State to which the shipment is sent. The consumer can check the cost of the shipment during the purchase stage in your cart. Just select the Country of Shipping and the cost of the shipment will immediately appear.
If the products are to be delivered to a country that does not belong to the European Union, the total price indicated in the order and confirmed in the order confirmation is inclusive of indirect taxes and net of any customs duties and any other tax on sales, in accordance with the provisions of the law of the country in which the products will be delivered. The user/purchaser is invited to inquire with the competent bodies of his country of residence or destination of the products, in order to obtain information on any duties or taxes applied in the country of residence or destination of the products.
The buyer's lack of knowledge of the aforementioned costs, charges, duties, taxes and/or taxes when sending an order to the seller cannot constitute grounds for termination of the contract and cannot in any way constitute a source of charging the aforementioned charges to the seller.
- Shipping times and methods
Delivery times are 24/48 hours for Italy and 48/72 hours for the islands (Sardinia, Sicily and smaller islands).
If cash on delivery is chosen as the payment method, a supplement of 5.00 euros will be calculated; payment on delivery must be in cash.
All orders received after 2.00 pm will normally be entrusted to the courier the next day with delivery within 24 hours.
We ask all customers to fill in the order form accurately and in all its parts to facilitate the courier's task.
Shipments abroad are entrusted to the Courier Ups. Delivery times are 3 working days from the order.
If the package or wrapping of the products ordered reaches its destination clearly damaged, the buyer is invited to refuse delivery by the carrier/shipper or to accept with reserve.
